At Towelstyles.com, your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take it back.

Return Instructions:

• We will happily take merchandise back within 60 days of purchase.
• If you wish to return merchandise, please e-mail us at info@towelstyles.com with your name, address, phone number, items to be returned and reason for return. We will get back to you with a return authorization. Please print out the e-mail with the return authorization and include it inside the box with your returned items.
• Merchandise that is laundered, soiled or damaged will not be accepted for refund.
• We'll refund or credit the value of the item and taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, Towelstyles.com will ship you a replacement at our expense once we receive the damaged/incorrect item(s) back.
• All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. You can use the shipper of your choice-we accept shipments from UPS, FEDEX and USPS.

Refunds

Once your valid return has been received at Towelstyles.com, your refund will be processed within 1 business day. You will be notified via e-mail that the credit has been issued. Please note that your credit card issuer may require additional days to post the transaction to your account.
